Better Bars: Post-lunch work afternoons can often wear you down. To remain attentive and focused, your hand automatically reaches for a candy bar. Rather than opting for sugar-loaded candies or crabs, consider swapping for granola or an energy bar. These healthy bars fulfil a variety of dietary needs, like protein and essential vitamins unlike the short term sugar high.
